I was going to apply this extra logic on this Agents SDK side, but the underlying openai package is going to unlock new models soon: openai/openai-python#2788 So, I'll hold off merging this change. |

This pull request resolves #2200; also, the newly added pydantic util functions could be useful for other properties with restricted literals.
